How do I know my ring size?

We suggest you go to your local jeweller and get your finger sized. It's free and will save you the headache that is resizing!

Do you do custom work?

Absolutely! From a slight modification to existing products to engagement and weddings rings, we'd be thrilled to create a bespoke piece of jewellery for you. Email us at stainsbyaj@gmail.com to find out more. 

How quickly do products ship out?

Most of our jewellery is made-to-order so factor in 1-2 weeks after you place your order before we can guarantee that it has shipped out. In stock products will ship out within 1-3 business days. 

How should I care for my silver jewellery?

Avoid showering with/sweating heavily in/exposing your silver jewellery to harsh chemicals such as cleaning agents, lotions, and oils. To clean your jewels, use a little soap and water and rub down the metal with a polishing cloth for the shiniest results. 

OUR POLICIES

Shipping

Hair accessories, fashion jewels, accessories, and merch ship within 1-3 business days. There are no tracking numbers available unless you select the tracking option at checkout. 

Returns
Every purchase is final sale, unless the product is damaged or defective, in which case we may be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stainsbyaj@gmail.com.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Import Taxes and Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
